Eco Mi ("the App") is a free-to-play Simon memory game developed by Frank Calise. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). There is no account creation, login, email collection, or user registration of any kind.
The App stores game data locally on your device using MMKV (an on-device key-value store). This includes:
This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
The App uses PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics. These events help us understand how the game is played so we can improve it. Examples of events tracked:
PostHog does not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other personal identifier. Analytics data is associated with a random anonymous ID. You can learn more about PostHog's privacy practices at posthog.com/privacy.
The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. On iOS, the App requests your permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before any tracking occurs. If you decline, non-personalized ads are shown instead.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), a GDPR consent dialog is shown before personalized ads are served, in compliance with Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) requirements.
You can remove all ads permanently with a one-time in-app purchase ("Remove Ads").

The App offers optional in-app purchases (ad removal, cosmetic themes, and sound packs) processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Payment and transaction data is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we do not receive or store any payment information.
Purchase entitlements are managed by RevenueCat, which validates receipts server-side. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.
The App is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since no PII is collected from any user, no special handling is required under COPPA or similar regulations.

Local game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Anonymous analytics events are retained according to PostHog's data retention policies. We do not maintain any separate database of user data.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
